Confused!

Well now I'm totally confused.
Having missed the Tom Morton Show on Radio Scotland for the past few weeks, (personal circumstances make it difficult to listen to the wireleess at 2.00p.m.), I was delighted to find the show on my computer last night.
Even better, The Man himself - (strange how Tom Morton and The Man both start withT.M.) - said several times that he was broadcastibg live.
However, tonight I've tuned in on the computer again, and he has again told me that he's broadcasting live - and now......and now he's telling me that this is a "Listen Again" feature, so he's not actually live?
Is it me???
